We are so happy that you are visiting our website!
I am Benny Holmes. Senior Pastor of The Church of New Beginnings, located at 3220 North Alexander Drive, Baytown, Texas, 77520. On behalf of our church family, I’d like to extend an invitation to you to come and worship with us. We teach the uncompromising word of God; and thereby, witness the manifestations of His power as He transforms individuals from sinners, to saints, and then to soldiers in His army. We are a full-gospel fellowship that teaches Jesus stills empowers His followers with the power of the Holy Ghost for victorious living. We believe in accordance with the scripture written in I John 5:7 “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word and the Holy Ghost; and these three are one.”
We are a community-orientated; and yet, a kingdom-minded fellowship. We strive to minister to the triune man – spirit, soul and body. We believe whole-heartedly in the words of Jesus recorded in Matthew:25:40 “And the King shall answer and say unto them, verily I say unto you, inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.”
We believe in body-ministry as recorded in I Corinthians 12:25-26 “That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another. And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honored, all the members rejoice with it.”
